The method is so cutting-edge there isn't even a link. 😛 No manuals. No white papers. Knowledge is strictly passed down via word-of-mouth among an elite circle of top-tier psychotherapists.

A pretty fascinating read on Meta through a Lacanian lens here. 🙂 http://www.omnilogos.com/2011/08/05/...through-lacan/

It touches on nature and the concept of *jouissance*. 🙂

Quote:>
Meta is this guilty, addictive habit that transcends basic biological needs; it’s a symptom of pure, excessive *jouissance*. It’s inherently partial—you’re never actually going to feel "full"—and it’s excessive because it pushes far past anything rational, prudent, or even remotely useful. You can't wrap your head around *jouissance* with logic. It’s that exact surplus that drives us to do things that are completely irrational or counter-productive, like doomscrolling on Meta when we have actual work to do. Using Meta provides this sliver of satisfaction, but never the whole thing, which just keeps the hunger alive and ensures we stay hooked and exploited by the platform.
