I honestly can't even squeeze into my jeans anymore. 🙂 Everything seems to be low-rise lately, and they’re just digging into me. I feel like I'll be stuck wearing leggings and tunics constantly unless I ask my mom to help me pick out some actual pants for this cold weather. I've put on a few pounds, though I suppose it's mostly just because the baby is growing, which explains why my old denim is feeling so tight.

I really need to go shopping, 😍 but I have to admit, I'm dreading it. 😉

The constant hypersensitivity is getting on my nerves; I find myself tearing up in front of just anyone...
I’m honestly just frustrated with myself. 😠

It honestly gets under my skin when someone decides to address me with that blunt, "wow, you've put on weight" line...
I mean, seriously, if there isn't a sweeter or more thoughtful way to acknowledge a pregnant woman, then just don't say anything at all, right? 🙄It’s not like I’m insecure about it; I’m fully aware of my weight, which, by the way, isn't even a huge deal, but hearing "where'd all the fat come from?" feels so incredibly crude and just plain disrespectful. 🙄

So, one of my "friends" actually had the nerve to tell me, "Well, look at that, I’m finally thinner than you!" Honestly, I almost lost it right then and there. I mean, I’m pregnant, not overweight. You seriously couldn't make this stuff up.

I've got these jealous hens breathing down my neck—women in their thirties who can't even land a date, yet somehow feel entitled to know every single damn detail about my pregnancy
and, of course, they have to rub my belly (&%&%$#$.

Ugh, they say the exact same thing to me!!
The other day, some old guy at the grocery store looked at me and goes, "Oh man, looks like you're gonna have plenty of milk!"😲
And I’m only five months along!!! I can't even imagine what kind of comments are coming my way later on...

Honestly, I just don't see how being obnoxious or having zero boundaries has anything to do with being a woman in her thirties without a partner.
Asking invasive questions or touching someone without permission is just rude, period. It doesn't matter how old you are or if you're single or married. 🤷

And if we're talking about actual friends? Then I'm even more lost. 🤷

Oh, I knooooow there isn't a direct link in a general sense—but with these specific women... there is. And they aren't even friends, just acquaintances.
You know that feeling when certain people just seem to gravitate toward certain situations? That’s basically how it looks to me—though maybe I'm just being hormonal since I've been exposed to too much of this lately... 🙄

Haha, my sister-in-law said the exact same thing to me when we went out. 🙄
Another one of her friends joined us and claimed I was the heavier one, but that she was much prettier, so all the guys would be looking at her instead.
To top it off, her own boyfriend started hitting on me, and then some other guy told me I was actually thinner than her. It felt pretty great, honestly, since she was being such a jerk. 👍

It honestly drives me up the wall when every single woman in the galaxy feels the need to give me a full, detailed lecture on her family history just because they catch a glimpse of my stomach. 🤷
For crying out loud, why the unsolicited life stories? 😕
And once that little saga finally wraps up, we somehow immediately pivot to yet ANOTHER family drama. 😁

Honestly, sex during pregnancy has been driving me absolutely insane. It’s not even that I don't want it, it's just the way it actually happens. 🙄
It’s either my bladder acting up so I have to run to the bathroom (total mood killer), or my belly getting in the way of mine 😬 so we can't get comfortable, and then I just end up getting shoved aside... yeah, it's a mess. 🙄
And sleep? Don't even get me started on sleep. There is no sleep. I crash around 9 PM, but I’m wide awake by 2 AM. Between bathroom trips and everything else, I don't get back to sleep until basically sunrise.
What really gets under my skin is how everyone stares at my stomach! They ask all these stupid, mindless questions—you know the ones, you've all said them already.
Or they look at my bump and give me that patronizing little grin like, "Aww, look at the mommy-to-be!" 🤣

To top it all off, I had a freaking cyst flare up on my butt the other day, so now I can't even lie down or sit properly. It is killing me, I can't even describe how much this sucks. I am seriously just praying this thing pops so I can finally sit down like a normal human being. 😢

Other than that, nothing else really bothers me... hopefully...
If I can just deal with these little annoyances, I actually love being pregnant! Seriously! And if it were up to me, I'd stay pregnant forever! 😍

Man... you really hit a nerve there... it reminded me exactly how it feels when you're finally starting to feel all turned on and wild, and then, right in the middle of foreplay, the baby starts kicking from inside like, "Hey, excuse me, what do you think you're doing out there?" 😬

It’s a total mood killer.👎

Yeah, exactly. Same story here. 🙄
It just throws everything completely out of whack. 👎

Yeah, seriously!!
People should just focus on raising their kids and let them pick out their own names later—or whatever.😵

I actually get kind of embarrassed after sex sometimes... like, does the baby seriously know what we were just up to?! 🤔
But I don't get that tapping sensation, or maybe I just haven't experienced it during the act yet. What really kills me is breathing like a pig after a workout and dealing with this constant bladder pressure... 🙄

And don't even get me started on names! Since I'm stuck out here in the rural Midwest, everyone expects those old-school, traditional names like Bertha, Mildred, or Gladys... ☕

Yeah, right... 🤣
So the other day my mom just bursts in—and look, she’s usually totally unfiltered and a little bit wild herself—asking me out of nowhere, "Hey... so... are you guys actually BANGING while you're pregnant or what!?" ... 😱 😱 😱
I was like, Mom, what kind of question is that? You think I'm just gonna let some guy bark around here all day long without any action? Not a chance... 🙄
Like, chill out, why are you being such a pain? I gotta know... 😂

🙂

Man, the whole naming thing gets under my skin too... people at home keep nagging me about it, but I just shut them down real quick.🤣 I mean, I can't exactly tell them how some friend's husband sent my blood pressure through the roof one day, right? You can't just pick a name like that and expect things to be fine. Don't you think about how much kids get roasted? They'll be getting laughed at at preschool or even just out on the playground. It's like, what, am I gonna name my kid "Stupid"? Seriously...😠 Anyway, his wife is pregnant now, too, and honestly, I don't feel like it's my place to judge their choice of names. That's their business, not mine...

Come on, I'm dying to know—what name did you guys end up going with?..
Look at our guy's signature down there 😁 and, honestly, we never dealt with those kinds of aggressive comments... it was mostly just people being genuinely puzzled; like, "Wait, how? Why? Where did that come from?" Or, since the name is a bit unconventional, people who actually appreciate unique names were super supportive and told him he nailed it. Truth be told, a few people thought it was ugly and said so, but it was just an honest opinion, nothing more. And frankly, why should we care what they think? 🙂
I honestly can't imagine anyone being so aggressive about forcing their opinions on others like you all are describing here. 🤷

Regarding the whole naming thing, my mother-in-law😛...so how are you planning to name the baby? I just told her: I don't know. We haven't decided yet. We'll figure it out at the last minute. Then she starts rattling off this massive list of names. "Call him this," or "Don't use that one—that's ugly." Or, "No, that name just doesn't suit you." Then my mom jumps in with her own ideas, and my dad follows with his. Honestly? It all just goes in one ear and out the other. You eventually learn how to tune people out.😁
