We seem to be on the same wavelength, but I really don't feel like typing out a whole bibliography here. People are just too lazy to actually read, honestly. You try to lay out the truth and they just spit on you for it. So, I usually steer clear of those topics... but this one caught my eye.

I suspect there are plenty more principles out there, but at the end of the day, the most important thing is that a person loves God more than anything else in this world. Everything starts and ends right there.

In the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, and the Quran, God tells people, "Leave everything behind and surrender only to Me."😉

"If I can enlighten even one forum member, my life is fulfilled."

Thank you. You indirectly gave me the answer I needed, and everything is much clearer now.

Look, I already gave you a super simple, low-effort answer—I honestly don't know what else to tell ya.🤷>

Because when people stay indifferent, they aren't stepping up to join God in the creation of the universe—they’re basically just breathing nothing into nothing.

Seriously? I missed that part. I had no idea you’d managed to soak up all of that just from those books.☕

Karma versus dharma...

So, here’s how I see it: karma is basically that inherited destiny we carry over from previous lifetimes, where we’re essentially settling old debts based on past "sins." It’s like our roadmap was already drawn up before we even hit the ground in America. Dharma, on the other hand, is more about the cause-and-effect loop we create right now, in this life—that whole "you reap what you sow" kind of deal. Personally, I don't view karma as some cosmic punishment; I look at it more like a carefully negotiated script for our lives, designed to help our souls finally pass those big, messy tests we failed back in the day. I've never really bought into the idea of being punished just for the sake of it.

I am not asking for anything else. What you said above is plenty...

You ever hear that joke about why a guy puts pebbles in his shoe? Just so he enjoys taking them out later!

This crazy little program we're running through right now is nothing compared to what's coming next. 😉

the world just spins in these endless cycles, and honestly, everything happening—and everything that’s inevitably coming our way—isn't really about karma at all, but rather the sheer weight of free will... the world is run by people, though I suppose there's a divine hand nudging things along from the shadows.
