A psychologist is basically like a Reiki master—they might give you a hand, but at the end of the day, you’re on your own.
What I meant was, I don't even watch TV. I spend my entire day holed up in my room staring at a computer screen like some Japanese woman. I only flip the TV on if there's something actually interesting happening, just so I have something to talk about when I swing by the neighbors
but then I usually forget everything anyway. For instance, I have no clue who Oli Hren is, yet I feel like I hear his name constantly. ☕

You kind of remind me of how I used to be, back before I started seeing my psychologist... but honestly, it’s good to see you actually want to help yourself and decided to reach out for support. At first, I thought the whole thing was just a waste of time, but now, a year later, I can finally see how much it actually helped me. Fingers crossed it does the same for you...

Hey everyone... I'm finally joining in too! 🙂

So, last summer I had my very first panic attack, and honestly? Everything just kind of spiraled from there... anxiety, depression, constant fears... it was seriously rough. Like, easily the absolute worst stretch of my life. One minute I'm freaking out on a subway, the next it's people, then it's just everything and anything... just constant negative loops playing in my head. And I used to be such an optimist, super social and outgoing, you know? But then I started obsessing over every little health thing, thinking I was dying or whatever...

Thank god for psychotherapy though, because it actually helped so much... and honestly, reading all your stories here has been huge for me too. I'm feeling way more like myself now. 🙏

Thanks so much, guys! 😘
