None of these movies have really grabbed me either, so honestly? I'm mostly just tuning in for the fashion. As for the ceremony itself, the only thing I'm happy about is Jeff Bridges getting the Cecil B. DeMille Award. A decent surprise after that total disaster with the Oscars last year.

Yeah, I mixed up two different categories. In that case, she’ll probably snag the Golden Globe, maybe as a consolation prize. The Oscars will be a much tougher fight since there's only one category there, so she might miss out. Still, considering how awards season has turned into a total joke and just a popularity contest lately, I don't think she'll lose both... Plus, her fanbase is massive. Any potential backlash would likely just swing right back in her favor.

What an absolute disgrace with Oprom... 😁 Honestly, Americans absolutely adore her... so nothing about this surprises me at all.

Pretty sure the red carpet coverage starts at 1 PM... then the actual awards follow at 2 PM.

Look, she snagged that lifetime achievement award last year—totally undeserved if you ask me.

And they’re already starting with Trump. Why is it physically impossible to just hand out these awards without turning everything into a political circus?

What an absolute void of substance. I’m just sitting here waiting for Cardi B and Lady Gaga to sweep 🤦 Ricky Gervais, you following me?

Actually, forget it. Let’s just go with Amy Adams, Adam Driver, and Green Book 🎉 (basically a non-starter)

Amy got robbed—check that off the list. I think I’m ready to head out now.

Highlight of the night—Lady Gaga walks away empty-handed.

I feel bad for Cooper, honestly. 🤷 Personally, I thought A Star Is Born was a much better film than Bohemian Rhapsody, so I’m hoping the Oscars will make up for it.

Congrats to Malek and the Bohemian Rhapsody crew! They absolutely earned it. Honestly, I’m just glad that Black Panther nonsense didn't take anything home—I don't get why it even managed to snag a single nomination in the first place.

Wait, did they actually put Black Panther in the running for Best Picture? Now that's something you don't see every day!

Honestly, I don't think there are any actual heavy hitters this year worth an award... I can't even remember a year this bad. They could easily have bumped Roma up into the main categories, and man, I really hope they did. If they don't, the Oscars are probably just gonna be dominated by Green Room and Vice. As for that showdown between Bohemian Rhapsody and The Old Man, I’d personally go with The Old Man... because let’s be real, BR is a total mess until those last 20 minutes. I seriously don't get what they're actually looking at when they hand out Best Picture... is it just those final 20 minutes? Or are they just riding the hype train? Or maybe it's just the fact that the movie is still packing theaters all over the US even two months later? I mean, Malek is fine, I don't have anything against him winning, but I'm betting Bale is gonna absolutely landslide the Oscars.

I'm holding out hope because, in my opinion, Malek is just... okay. Truly just okay. I actually forgot about the movie the very next day after watching it. 🤷 And Malek along with it. 😬

Am I the only one who felt the leads were completely underwhelming? I’m talking about Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh. I have no idea who was responsible for the script or the jokes, but honestly, it felt so subpar it was almost painful to watch. And don't even get me started on that Freddie Mercury joke. 🤦🙄

I totally missed that—what happened?🤔

Personally, I thought that Jim Carrey bit was pretty funny.
