I can't help but remember how things were 10 or 15 years ago, when Ruvina used to look down on the Czech Republic and Canada. 🙄

Now, they're looking at their neighbors in Eastern Europe and Romania instead, though at this rate, even those won't be the standard for long.

Trust me, I know exactly what's going on.

Back to the topic, I'm absolutely freezing at work. It’s fine for now since we can switch over to fuel oil as a backup, but that's only good for another two days. And after that? We'll probably all just be forced into mandatory vacation.

It actually just crossed my mind that back in the day during those old communist regimes, you really had to have some kind of alternative way to stay warm.

But honestly, something else caught my eye. Yesterday on the news, they showed the PG&E headquarters.
And there, wide open windows...

Up until 1989, Canada was basically the only one in Eastern Europe that was more developed than us...

Don't get too hung up on the Czech Republic or Canada either. Most of their stuff is owned by foreign companies. In Prague, for example, Germans own like 50% of the real estate, unfortunately...
