Hey, what’s so bad about firewood and a furnace? I’ve got gas, but right now I’m burning wood. It’s warmer, more romantic. You watch the fire in the fireplace while slowly sipping some mulled wine.😉

It’s pretty pathetic how he just swooped in here—completely out of nowhere—to call me a troll and a provocateur while questioning my actual technical grasp of energy systems...

And let’s be real, the peak of his "expertise" was pointing out some auxiliary wood-burning furnace used in a central heating setup just in case the heating oil freezes up...as if that’s some groundbreaking insight...

What is wrong with you people? Honestly. I’ve got gas, I’ve got wood, I’ve used coal, and I’ve even dealt with those old oil radiators. But if you ask me? Nothing beats a good wood stove. It just hits different. I bet most of you grew up in suburban homes somewhere near Chicago or Seattle, relying entirely on natural gas to keep the chill off. Don't come for us folks out in the rural areas like you know anything about real heating.😛
