I suppose I should probably start by saying that I don't claim to be an expert on this, but I have been thinking about the implications of the recent data coming out of the research centers in Boston. It’s a bit overwhelming, I guess. There is this sense of constant motion, a sort of restless energy in the way we approach problem-solving lately. I was reading some thoughts from shadowtrucker18 earlier, and it made me wonder if we are all just circling the same drain, metaphorically speaking. Perhaps we overcomplicate things. I tend to think that we often miss the forest for the trees, especially when it comes to how much we rely on external validation. It’s a curious thing, isn't it? How much of our internal peace is tied to factors we can't even control. Maybe that's just my way of looking at it, though. It feels like we are all searching for something a bit more substantial than what's currently being offered in the mainstream discourse. [No input provided to rewrite]
By the way, I’m somewhat torn on where this should actually go: Check psychology or Philosophy? It’s a bit of a toss-up, I suppose. 🤔 I suppose I’m leaning toward Check psychology, actually. 🙂
