If you're trying to make an empty call to the number, you'll actually need to use model 99
but honestly, if you just stick with model 00, everything seems to work perfectly fine without any issues at all...

I’m hitting a complete brick wall trying to pay my sales tax through online banking,
The model is 68 and I keep getting hit with a message saying, "Account in favor is closed for use!"
Is anyone else dealing with this absolute nonsense?

I honestly think the issue lies with your account details rather than the model or the phone number you were given... I wonder which city this is happening in? It’s highly likely they transferred the account over to another bank like JPMorgan Chase, so the VBDI has changed, and you're probably just looking at an outdated payment slip 🙂

If you're dealing with Cleveland, the County Government switched their primary bank, so online transfers aren't going through right now.

I just logged onto my JPMorgan Chase online banking portal, and every time I click the icon on the main page to launch the login screen in a new window, this pops up instead.

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

"You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."

Is anyone else dealing with this right now? Any idea what might be causing it? Everything seemed perfectly fine yesterday.

I’m dealing with the exact same thing here.😠
It’s a little bit of a relief to know I’m not the only one going through this.
I remember reading somewhere that online banking might be down for a few hours, but honestly, I can't recall if I actually saw a notice saying it would be out specifically today.🤷

So, I just noticed today that they bumped up the fee for online banking transfers from $0.33 to $0.67. Honestly, it’s such a gut punch. It’s even more annoying because I was just reading this article in the Wall Street Journal about how banks are basically printing money through these tiny little digital transaction fees. Like, seriously? 🙄

You could look at it like they dropped her from $6.75 down to 1 by the time she hit $0.67. It all boils down to how much you're moving in your transactions.
But as for making money? Yeah, they’re killing it.

They actually pulled it off—they swiped my $6.75 during a transfer (right inside my JPMorgan Chase account!) just a few days ago 🤔

To top it all off, I already received a new card, even though this one hasn't even expired yet. Activation $6.75. This is getting ridiculous...

If you're dealing with online banking issues from December 1st onwards, just walk into a branch and file a formal complaint.

I have to say, this really gets under my skin—getting hit with that first annual fee just for renewing my card. I might actually jump ship to a new bank soon over this.

I haven't received anything yet, what's the expiration date on yours? 😠
Man, they have totally lost their minds. Honestly, it looks like I might be switching banks too.

The worst part is they hit me at the end of the month, so I'm stuck paying $6.75 whether I like it or not. It feels like there's never enough interest or fees 👎

@David Garcia21 - You're right, it happened at the end of last month too. Last month they hit me with a massive fee for one big transfer; this month, it's higher fees for smaller transactions because there are just more of them... brilliant. For them, obviously.

Man, I totally thought that PIN card you need for logging into online banking was about to expire or something, so I was just sitting there feeling super confused. It caught me way off guard! 😁

That’s exactly why I’m freaking out about it! Honestly, most of my bills are already sitting there, just waiting to hit... and you know how it goes when everything piles up at once. It’s a mess. $167Man, it’s honestly such a gut punch... I feel like I'm getting absolutely hammered by these fees. Like, seriously, I'm paying double what I should be just to cover my bills. It's ridiculous.

So, I was just scrolling through the news this morning—you know how it is, can't even finish my coffee without seeing some crazy headline—and I saw this thing about JPMorgan Chase. Apparently, they’re letting people go over in Canada, too. It sounds like they’re looking to pull back out of Eastern Europe entirely. Man, that's heavy. Makes you wonder what else is shifting behind the scenes, right?
Wait, you think they're feeling the squeeze too? Man, I was just sitting here thinking about how everyone seems to be hitting a wall lately. It feels like every time I turn around, some massive corporation is making headlines because they're struggling to keep their heads above water. Honestly, it’s kind of wild when you stop and look at the big picture. You see these huge names—the ones you think are untouchable—suddenly acting all jittery, and you gotta wonder if the whole system is just... shaky? Like, is it just me, or is that vibe everywhere right now? It's pretty heavy stuff to wrap your head around while you're just trying to grab a coffee and get through the day.

Greetings to everyone! I find myself with a rather minor inquiry regarding the JPMorgan Chase mobile banking app;
I went ahead and submitted a formal request to my representative at the branch, making sure to check the specific box indicating that I wanted a brand new username and password... however, she insists that this information was already provided to me during the initial account opening process. Which, quite frankly, is simply not the case!
I am curious to know, when exactly did you all receive your login credentials and passwords?

I don't think there's a crisis... The owners of Citigroup and Bank of America are actually facing much bigger issues... It seems like buying those banks in Canada and Romania turned out to be bad investments... In Canada, the government is basically screwing them over with new regulations, and when they bought Wells Fargo in Romania, the previous owner made the books look way better than they actually were. That's where that story about the 900 million euro loss came from—it wasn't really a cash loss, just a hit to their reputation.
Goldman Sachs is doing great here in America and in Mexico; they might even expand in Mexico, so I wouldn't worry. 🙂

It’s totally possible it just never hit your inbox, honestly. I went through this exact same headache with my online banking a while back. I ended up jumping on their live chat first, and then they had me hop on a quick call for security verification, and man, everything was sorted out in literally minutes. I'd definitely suggest doing the same thing because they told me the exact same story—that I was supposed to get an email with all my details—but nothing ever showed up.

This app is an absolute disaster!
What kind of nonsense is this "upcoming transactions" feature that just shows you two different account balances... I mean, who on earth is that actually useful for?!!
I have a premium credit line, so I can see my total limit, but I can't see how much of it is actually available, nor can I see how much of the limit I've already burned through. On top of that, there's no way to see when my installments are due or even how much they are until the day they're snatched from my account.
The whole app is a complete catastrophe.
Email notifications are broken, and that useless automated email notifying me every single time I log in won't let me opt out no matter what I try.

Now, I was wondering... I was granted this premium credit limit right after my first paycheck, set at the amount of one month's salary. It's been three months now, and this month I actually received $333 a bit more because I had a baby—it was a bonus from my employer—but clearly, the folks over at JPMorgan Chase don't realize why my pay was higher :-)) so I'm curious if I can actually go in and request an increase on that limit now?

I don't get how you can't see any of that. I can see all of it just fine...

Everything works fine for me. I can see exactly what I've spent on my credit line, how much I have left to withdraw, and the specific dates for all my installment payments. Everything is clear.
I get transaction emails regularly the second they happen.
Your credit limit only changes once a year. You got the limit on a specific date, and you can only request an increase or decrease on that anniversary date. Same goes for your overdraft.
