I get transaction emails regularly the second they happen.
Your credit limit only changes once a year. You got the limit on a specific date, and you can only request an increase or decrease on that anniversary date. Same goes for your overdraft.

However, you actually can request a limit increase before that year is up if you head down to a local branch and ask in person.🙂

What are the requirements for that?

Hey there.

So, I used my online banking to pay off three different bills (phone and utilities) back on January 2nd. The app showed right away—and even when I checked again today—that the payments went through successfully.

But here’s the weird part: my account balance hasn't budged. Even after all this time, the money I sent via net banking is still sitting there like nothing happened. It's like the payment didn't actually deduct from my balance at all.

Anyone ever dealt with this before or know what might be going on? 🤷

I don't get where you saw that the payment was completed. You need to look at your transaction history to see if they actually cleared...

So, look: I can see here that the payment went through.
But honestly, my account balance hasn't budged at all, even after nine days. Like, the amount that was supposed to be paid out hasn't even been deducted from my account yet.

If you log into your online banking and check your transaction history, and it shows the payments went through, then they went through... I honestly have no idea what exactly you're looking at..

Go ahead and check under "payments."
All your orders should be right there: everything you've already paid, plus anything pending...
Is it possible you just entered the wrong year? Like, typing 2013 instead of 2014?
Though I doubt the system would even let you get away with that.
Maybe there just wasn't enough money in the account?

Can anyone actually log into their online banking through the app right now? I can't get in for the life of me. I see they're mentioning some hacker attacks on their official site.

What’s the transaction fee looking like?
Like two bucks?

Sounds kind of steep to me 🕺

You could always opt for a package from $22 that bundles everything together—online banking fees, account maintenance, all that... plus you get unlimited transactions without any extra charges
