The next morning? Statistically speaking, probably.

It feels like luck just isn't on my side. Ever. It’s getting to the point where the feeling itself is starting to scare me, and I don't know how to shake it. Meanwhile, when anyone else needs support, I always manage to give them a positive response. 🤷😕😕

Set some actual goals for yourself. Don't beat yourself up before you've even tried to fix the stuff you aren't happy with. Lay out a plan. Instead of saying, "I'm way too overweight," try saying, "I'm going to try to lose X amount of weight over the next few months." Visualize exactly how you want a certain situation to play out—what the absolute best-case scenario looks like. Hold onto that mental image of the perfect outcome and don't let it go; if you believe in that best version, things will start moving in that direction...
It’s like when you're walking across a street and that pessimistic voice starts whispering that you're gonna get hit by a car... instead, visualize yourself already being on the other side, totally fine, and just act like that's the reality until it becomes true. You can apply that logic to everything from crossing the street to hitting major life milestones. Oh, and one more thing: stop using the word PROBLEM. Start calling things a SITUATION and then focus entirely on finding the positive way out of those situations...👍

Not happening. Unless you stumble upon some soulmate who’s willing to carry you through both the emotional and financial stuff... or if you land a job that actually covers every single one of your needs...

Applies to people dealing with depression too. But hey, at least you guys have the internet? Dammit, Mike.
