slydriver17, honestly, the moderators ought to consider issuing you a suspension, if only temporarily, and scrubbing those nonsensical, utterly incoherent posts of yours from the board entirely.

I didn't just pull the phrase "heaven sent a knockout" out of thin air. It's meant for fun, so why on earth are you labeling it an immoral slogan? 😛🙂

Personal freedom has to come first, honestly. Like I’ve said before, a partner isn't some little pet you own or someone you can just control—they're a free individual. I really don't buy the idea that people should stay together just for the kids, because let's be real, a child isn't going to be happy living in a house where their parents can't stand each other and spend all day fighting or throwing accusations. If you want peace for your kid, it's better to part ways amicably and try to stay friends.
Freedom, love, old habits, passion, emotions, finding middle ground... you just have to learn how to face it all. Nothing lasts forever, I suppose.
I'm dying to move to the States, but my girlfriend has zero interest in going... I guess that means our relationship is basically doomed from the jump, but hey, that's just life; love seems to have an expiration date these days.
That doesn't mean you should just walk away, though, much like how you wouldn't turn down a temporary job opportunity.
People chase this idea of eternal love at any cost, which usually just turns into being way too possessive. It's the kids who end up paying the highest price in those kinds of "love" stories...

hehe... that's kind of like asking if hypnosis can help you wake up from hypnosis... 🙂
