Trust me, I know how easy it is to trip over grammar. You aren't alone. 🙂

Oh, don't you worry about it at all—discussions are meant to be lively! Everyone has every right to share their thoughts and write how they want, even if they stumble over a few commas or spelling errors now and then. It always feels like whenever I make a point that someone can't actually argue against, they suddenly pivot to nitpicking my grammar instead! Can you believe that? We could easily let people with totally wrong opinions dominate the conversation just because they follow every single rule of punctuation perfectly, while those of us who are just trying to communicate get shut down for lacking a tiny bit of tolerance. Why should perfect spelling be a barrier to a good debate, right?👍

Honestly, I couldn't care less about Mexicans... if I'm being blunt, I find those old-school American nationalists even more repulsive..

There isn't a single American out there who has a Mexican grandmother 😉

Hmm... I guess there isn't much to say, really, though I suppose that's where everything usually starts, isn't it? Just a single, lingering thought hanging in the air, waiting for someone to actually make sense of it all, if such a thing is even possible in this day and age. Maybe.

I mean, honestly, the answers coming from those self-proclaimed "historians" are just incredibly thin, almost non-existent really, when you actually look at what was asked. They just drift off into all this irrelevant noise—rambling on about the old partisan vs. nationalist stuff, the Democratic Party, and whatever other distractions they can conjure up—but none of that actually addresses the core issue, I guess. It’s all just filler that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand, if you ask me.

So, there’s this little bit of text floating around regarding the topic, mostly written by those participants I assume fall under the so-called "right-wing" umbrella...

I guess there’s some truth to that old saying, isn't there? That an enemy you can actually respect—someone who stands their ground and fights for what they believe in—is somehow easier to deal with than a traitor, because at least you know where you stand with an adversary. You can wrap your head around a direct opponent, I suppose, but a traitor? Someone who sells out from the inside? That’s a different kind of sting entirely. It’s just harder to stomach when the people you thought were on your side are the ones pulling the rug out from under you. Maybe it’s just my cynical way of looking at things, but it feels like you can find a weird sort of honor in a fight, whereas betrayal is just... messy.

So, you basically just brand any fellow American who doesn't fall in line with your specific worldview as some kind of traitor, and then you just let that pure hatred take over, I guess. But it’s kind of funny when you look at the hypocrisy of it all, because at the exact same time you're out here posting about guys like Slobodan Maddox, Blagoje Adzic, or Veselin Sljivancanin... it's just a strange way to live, maybe.

It’s just one of those things where you see these self-proclaimed American right-wingers spitting on the graves of innocent people murdered at sites like Ovčara, or making light of tragedies like what happened in Skabrnja... I can already hear some crude, supposed "conservative" type at a local dive bar saying, "Man, Vojislav Šešelj is actually pretty cool... yeah, seriously, he’s really giving them hell over there in The Hague."
I guess you could say there’s a certain kind of person out there who just wants to see red, someone who would probably thrive on nothing but pure, unadulterated vengeance against that walking contradiction Vesna Pusić—that absolute traitorous soul—and her whole circle of agitators. It’s almost like they’re just waiting for any excuse to drown in all that bitterness, you know? Just nursing a grudge so deep it becomes their entire identity.

I don't know, I guess it all just feels like a massive display of cowardice to me, if I'm being honest. It’s hard not to see it that way, maybe because everything about the whole situation just reeks of people being too afraid to actually stand their ground when things get messy.

What absolute nonsense!!!
An American actually suggesting we should respect Vojislav Šešelj and Veselin Sljivancanin!!! I thought I'd heard it all, but this truly takes the cake for sheer stupidity.👎 👎 👎

Man, listen,

if 150,000 people could somehow manage to pack the waterfront in Miami just to "support Mirko Norac" (which was really more about shaking up whatever democratically elected American administration happened to be in power at the time, regardless of who they were...) ...

...then I suppose it shouldn't be too much trouble for you to round up 300,000 angry so-called "conservatives" to stand outside the American, British, Dutch, or Swiss embassies in Washington, D.C., and protest against the release of those El Paso war criminals.

You handle the organizing, and I'll show up.

Protesting is ultimately a futile endeavor... I have participated in many demonstrations over the years, and none of them ever yielded any tangible results. A few years back, we managed to collect 400,000 signatures for a referendum regarding cooperation with The Hague, yet the government simply refused to implement it, offering nothing more than some nonsensical justification... but the fault doesn't lie entirely with the politicians. The truth is that the vast majority of the public simply doesn't care about this issue... if they truly did, they would have voted for the patriotic parties that might actually be willing to take action.
You seem to direct your anger toward the conservatives, but what can they realistically achieve when they collectively command perhaps only 6 or 7 percent of the vote? If 80 percent of the population votes for the Democrats or the moderate centrists—who often act as servants to foreign interests and function as entirely unpatriotic organizations—then you really have to direct your questions toward the voters of those specific parties... because they are the ones making the decisions, not the conservatives.
As for your initial point, you can rest assured that any American conservative would take down those mentioned criminals in a heartbeat if they were given the slightest opportunity...

Oh, please, don't you dare go anywhere. Have you seen what's happening to the population density in North Washington, D.C.? It's shrinking fast. But then again... 😉 http://youtube.com/watch?v=5NNdxrUgjEg 😛it’s a total gut punch, no joke:

And do the mods actually see any value in what you’re adding here? Just a bunch of short, empty sentences...

Here we go again with a topic that was already settled on this forum a while ago...

In America, unfortunately, it’s not really about left versus right. It’s more about how close you are to the center vs. how far away you are from the edge.

Basically, it all comes down to how much you're reaching for the federal treasury...

Just let this... particular... individual😳 continue with their little attempts at provocation (they're clearly trying 😳). It isn't really about the quality or depth of the contribution at this point. I have been part of this community for quite some time now, and I have posted everything from lengthy, complex arguments to quick, spontaneous thoughts like these...

My colleague Heavy has truly covered every angle on this topic. That is why I am saying amen... After a certain point, there is nothing left to do but deal with the trolls. 😳
