Anyone know anything about this company??? Any good news lately?

Basically, a buddy of mine was asking me which stock just spiked 17 percent in a single day....

So I pull up the NASDAQ to check...

Between 2004 and 2006, there were only about 12 trades... last price was $67

29.20. Then suddenly someone buys 10 shares at 235 ... (which is where my friend sees that 17 percent jump)

Only for someone else to dump 210 shares two days later at $88....

So now... is this just a pump and dump?

Or actually good news? 🙂

🙂 ...I’d say it’s a classic case; almost like a textbook example!
Just look at some recent history; CRAL-R-A, MDPL-R-A, (and maybe even IPKO-R-A) too...😵
...if you just analyze how other stocks (the really liquid ones) are behaving during this correction, maybe a lightbulb might go off for you.

Well, I'm assuming so, but I don't want to get ahead of myself 🙂

If the price hits $4333 within two days... honestly, that wouldn't be bad at all. 😁

I suspect we won't be seeing such shady deals much longer. It seems like Forbes is putting a massive spotlight on all these similar transactions and questionable stocks because they were forced to act following those speculative stunts involving certain shares. Honestly, I think there's a real possibility of brokers actually losing their licenses instead of just having their trades canceled (IMHO), so I'm not sure how many brokerage firms will be willing to take such an obvious risk

They skipped the mid-year financial report entirely—just skipped it—only to suddenly announce an $11 million profit from international sales. And get this: they only moved ten shares on the day they made it happen.
