Every single time I use the multi-quote feature—I don’t even know what else to call it—this site just hangs onto it! It’s driving me crazy because whenever I go to type a new reply, that old multi-quote from before just pops right back up in the text box automatically.

The only way I've figured out how to fix this mess so far—and honestly, it's such a pain—is to track down the specific thread and find every single individual post I quoted, then manually uncheck them one by one.

It is seriously testing my patience here! And the worst part? This thing has never acted up like this before—not even once in all my time being a member of this forum until just a few days ago.

Does anyone have any actual advice on how to solve this little riddle? 🙂

So, I found this weird little workaround: after every multi-quote, I just log out and log back into the forum—that way, it stops remembering all those old quotes!

Does anyone know a more "normal" fix for this glitch? 🤔

Have you actually bothered to try a different browser, or perhaps just clearing the cache on the one you're currently using?

This setup is basically "brand new"—I just did a full factory reset on the whole system and reinstalled my browser two days ago.
I usually stick with Chrome, but hey, I guess I can give another browser a shot 🙂
