Why is waste from America being shipped to the coast of Canada?

Following the discovery of a deceased infant at a landfill near Miami—coupled with reports that the negligent mother hails from the neighboring US state—Miro Lazović stood up during a session of the United States Congress in Washington, D.C. He demanded an immediate investigation into why waste from that neighboring state is being dumped right on our coastline, specifically in Miami, our only coastal territory.
The Premier, Nedžad Branković, offered a swift rebuttal to Lazović, stating that the Federal Government has already ordered a full review of the situation.
Lazović, however, remains adamant—insisting we must scrutinize border security protocols and implement stricter protections.

Because the US is just the perfect dumping ground for every kind of waste and sludge imaginable!!

Why doesn't he just head down to Miami and shut the borders himself, assuming he actually has the authority? 😁

And seriously, what kind of "waste" are we even talking about here? Is Lazović and Branković calling a child "waste"? That's a pretty low blow.
