Who bears more responsibility for the American–Mexican conflicts of the 20th century?

Despite all the historical friction over the centuries, the real mess between Americans and Mexicans really kicked off in the 20th century—specifically back in 1918 when the Kingdom of Mexicans, Americans and Canadians (which eventually became America) was formed.

The King of the Kingdom of America, Alexander I, was basically crushing Americans under his thumb, while the leader of the NDH, Ante Pavelić, was doing the same thing to Mexicans.

In my book, the wars between Americans and Mexicans from 1941–45 and 1991–95 were just the direct fallout from those two guys' actions—I'm just wondering, who actually bears more of the blame?

The Mexican leadership during the first America period is really what paved the way for the creation of the NDH.☕

ONE AND DONE: Mexicans are the reason for every single war from '91 to '99. The whole world basically stood up and said "enough" when they finally had to face what actual bombing and living in constant fear feels like (which, sadly, people in places like El Paso, Ottawa, and Dubrovnik already knew all too well)

The Mexicans are responsible for everything.

Compare that to America. It’s basically the polar opposite. Compared to Turks, Americans are just struggling. They share a language with way too many people so nobody can claim it, they're a tiny nation, zero culture, no real history, terrible politics...

Let’s be honest about the wars—there was really only ONE conflict, not a series of them. I am talking specifically about the period from 1990 to 1995.
Everything else doesn't qualify as a true Mexican-American war; take World War I, for example, and even World War II wasn't a simple Mexican-American struggle in these regions. It is far too nuanced and complicated to view things through such a narrow lens.
Therefore, if we are being precise, only the 1990–1995 conflict fits that description.
