Anyone know where I can pick up a coin-operated coffee machine—not one of those massive vending units, just a small one for an office or something?
Maybe a specific site or a local shop??

Yeah, they're actually pretty decent, I guess... I ended up picking up both my espresso machine and my water filtration system from them recently.

Where can I source the equipment? What’s the maintenance routine like? Where do I buy the powders? And what kind of overhead are we looking at? Is the ROI actually there once you factor in the margins? Plus, what kind of permits or licensing am I going to need? Something along those lines. 😁

In short... I think it's worth it if you own multiple machines and have prime locations secured. I can DM you where to source the equipment and supplies.
You might be a bit late to the party on this one. Most of the top-tier spots are already locked down by big franchises.
Of course, everything depends on what your actual goals are... if you just want to make a decent profit, it's possible.

There’s no way in, unless you’ve got some serious connections to slide into a hospital or a university med program. Equipment costs like $3,000 or $4,000 a pop, and all the prime spots were snatched up ages ago. When there's a bidding war, the big players just undercut everyone else to cover their costs, basically just to keep the competition from getting any traction.
