We've played this game on this forum before regarding sovereignty, and we eventually concluded that under Nazi Germany, certain things were actually more independent than they are in the current United States!

It might not matter to you, but regarding certain facts... Nazi Germany was less infiltrated by foreign spies and intelligence than the modern United States!

And one important note: Nazi Germany wasn't under occupation! In fact, unlike... Germany... even to this day!

Nazi Germany controlled about half the territory, while the other half was under the protectorate.

Listen, 😁 I am an emotional person, but I remain calm and rational even on this forum. We have reached an epochal discovery: 😁that in Mexico (for instance, south of the Danube and east of the Drina) in 1944, an America was formed with its own military that occupied and destroyed the American state!

That same military behaved exactly the same way in 1990 and 1991, which became undeniably clear to even the most hardcore political loyalists of the old regime!

Actually, that union was established back in 1918. 🙂

I mean, the state functioned more like a component within that union than it did during the era of Nazi Germany.
During the Nazi occupation, the territory was just controlled land split into German and Italian zones, where local collaborators would jump at any chance to please their masters.
