Karen Sanchez19 said:Morning, everyone!👋

So, I just woke up. 🙂

It’s currently 2:40 AM. I actually went to bed at 6:00 PM thinking I’d catch up on some serious sleep.😂
After getting a solid 10 hours, I am wide awake and can't get back to sleep if I tried.
And weirdly enough, I actually remember a dream—it's been forever since I could do that. I'll post about it in the dreams thread later.😁 😁

Karen Sanchez19, you awake too? 😁
I was just mulling over that question you asked earlier: "Who wakes us up?" Don't all living things have a sort of "internal clock"? It's super obvious with animals, but as humans, we rely so much on our phones and gadgets that we've kind of let our natural rhythm slip. That said, with a little practice, we can definitely train ourselves to wake up at specific times. So, my take is that we essentially wake ourselves up via an internal biological program. 🙂 Or do you see it differently?

Trying to find books on Zenith is like trying to count the legs on a centipede! 😉

(Are there any out there, or am I just chasing ghosts? 🤔 😁

BUT, BUT, BUT... 😲

The Footballers seem to be doing just fine, even if they've never even heard of Zenith 🙂

Honestly, this Zenith thing is just as elusive and unpredictable as all those legs on The Footballers 😁

An American haiku:

Wind chases leaves through the rubber,
Pivic stands on just one leg,
It’s freezing; Issa's blood.

Intellectually? Certainly not. Google is about personal experience and stripping away the concepts that serve as the primary weapon of the intellectual.

One does not discuss Google...

There is no roadmap for Google

How am I supposed to follow a path that I am CURRENTLY building as I go? 😉

1)Exactly! It’s like saying you're going one way while Google is heading the complete opposite direction!
2)How can you say that isn't true? It's practically built into the name: Zen-Google! 😂 😂 😂 😂
Honestly, all things considered, my rating is: image

The Fourth Way
The Fourth Way
Common pitfalls on the path to self-development.

The biggest trap I see people fall into is what I call the "Talking and Thinking" error. It’s that frustrating cycle where you spend all your time analyzing the theory, debating the concepts, and intellectualizing the process, but you never actually *do* anything. You’re essentially just circling the drain of your own intellect. It’s easy to feel like you’re making progress because you can hold a deep conversation about the mechanics of growth, but if there’s no action behind those words, it’s all just noise. You aren't moving forward; you're just getting really good at talking about moving forward. Stop treating the discussion like the destination and start treating it like a map—and then actually start walking.

We spend way too much time talking about the process instead of actually doing it. It’s easy to fall into the trap of mistaking jargon for expertise—thinking that because we can use all the right terminology, we’re actually making progress. But just discussing the theory isn't the same as putting in the effort. If you can't explain what you're doing using common sense ideas, you probably don't actually understand it.

White lies

There’s absolutely no hesitation when it comes to using white lies to manipulate those outside the circle just to get ahead. The collective desires of the group can be a dangerous trap. It’s incredibly easy to get swept up in what everyone else wants or expects, losing your own footing in the process. When you start prioritizing the group's consensus over your own internal progress, you stop working on yourself and start performing for an audience. You end up falling into that cycle of performative piety—doing just enough to look the part whenever people are watching, rather than actually putting in the effort when no one is looking. In the end, you’re just lying to yourself. You’ll find yourself rambling about concepts that sound deep or even hold a grain of truth, but once you step back and look at the big picture, the whole thing falls apart. It's just empty talk.

The Zealot Trap

Blindly following a leader or a system, sacrificing everything else just to stay under their thumb.

Bureaucratic hierarchy

They end up building this rigid bureaucratic hierarchy where seniority is measured by how long you’ve been around or how much the teacher likes you, rather than who you actually are as a person. On top of that, they get obsessed with keeping everything exactly the same as when they first started, clinging to the old ways just for the sake of tradition.

Building a new facade.

Creating a new facade. It’s easy to fall into the trap of mimicking the way others dress, talk, or carry themselves just to fit in with the group, mistakenly believing that imitating their outward mannerisms is the same thing as actual inner growth.

Burnout culture

Burnout culture Dark. It’s that relentless drive that leaves you feeling wound up, miserable, and constantly at war with yourself—always trying to outdo everyone else just to prove you belong.

Performative piety.

Performative piety.

The trap of being a social climber—someone who shows up just to soak up the group's vibe without actually putting in any personal effort—is one of the most common ways people stall out. It’s easy to mistake being around intense people for making actual progress, but if you're just there to feed off the collective energy, you aren't actually doing the work.

Being a social climber who just shows up to soak up the group's vibe without actually putting in any individual effort.

The "serial learner" trap is one of the most common ways people stall their own growth. It’s that endless cycle of jumping from one guru to the next, chasing the next big insight or charismatic leader, thinking that if you just find the *right* person, everything will finally click. But here's the truth: you aren't looking for a teacher; you're just collecting mentors like trading cards. Real progress doesn't come from finding a new face to follow—it comes from actually doing the heavy lifting yourself.

The serial learner trap: drifting from one mentor to the next and jumping between groups without ever actually putting in the work required to grow.

The "Eternal Student" trap is one of the most subtle ways people stall their own progress. It’s that endless cycle where you stay enrolled in a group or keep following a specific mentor for years, yet you never actually graduate or move beyond the basics. You aren't growing; you're just staying comfortable within a structure that feels safe.

The eternal student.

Delusion of grandeur

The belief that "only I really get the teacher," or "it’s just me," or "my specific group is the only one in touch with the divine"—this trap shows up in a few different ways:

The False Prophet Trap (a branch of the delusion of grandeur)

Believing that "I am personally":

· "enlightened"

· "fully awake"

· the "spiritual leader of our era"

· an "avatar"

· the "savior"

· the "envoy of the divine"

· the "Messiah"

Or, the idea that "I can predict the future because God or higher powers told me." You usually see this in people who declare themselves holy figures or prophets (claiming things like, "I am a divine being" or "I am the Messiah"). They often dodge questions about their status by throwing out biblical quotes like "You have said" from Matthew 26.64, or "You say" from Mark 15.2, Luke 23.3, or John 19.37. Their "predictions" often end up being self-fulfilling prophecies. When they inevitably miss the mark, they make excuses like:

· the vision was updated after it happened

· they were actually:

o "doing it on purpose"

o "testing the students' discernment"

o "weeding out the weak links in the group"

They’ll often demand their followers follow a "do as I say, not as I do" rule to cover for their own behavior.

The Disembodied Beings Trap (a branch of the delusion of grandeur)

The delusion that higher powers or spirits are exclusively guiding, shocking, or working with *me* or *my* group, while everyone else is left out. This includes believing that spirits are speaking through me or others in my circle via channeling, mediums, or séances.

The Conscious Beings Trap (a branch of the disembodied beings error)

The crazy idea that only a tiny, specific number of people have ever reached true awareness on Earth.

The Personal Salvation Trap/The Ego on a Pedestal (a branch of the delusion of grandeur)

The belief that I personally will be saved, go to "heaven," live forever, and so on.

The Elite Ark/Apollo Trap (a branch of the delusion of grandeur)

The delusion that my group is the:

· "pinnacle"

· "only"

o "authentic school"

o "truly conscious organization on Earth"

o "only conscious group since the dawn of religion"

o "legitimate heirs to the ancient wisdom"

thinking that we are the:

· "chosen ones"

· led by a "divine figure" who answers to no earthly laws,

or that only my "group":

· will survive the coming collapse of society

· is divinely tasked with preserving culture and consciousness for humanity

· will rise to build a new civilization or renaissance

Typically, these groups consist mostly of wealthy, white, upper-middle-class Americans with a few diverse faces thrown in for show; they actively hunt for rich, famous, or influential members to join them, while recruiting broke young people to provide free labor.

The "Pay-to-Play" Salvation Trap (a branch of the Elite Ark/Apollo Trap)
Attempting to buy expensive, beautiful objects to "raise your vibration" without actually doing any internal work.

🤣 😵 😂

Talk about hitting the nail right on the head... 😬

Haha... if people hate the school, I can somewhat wrap my head around that—but the fact that random people keep drifting in and cluttering things up with whatever nonsense they want... now that is a genuine mystery.😁
