Rebecca Miller2 said:Maria Thompson2, so... when are we finally grabbing that coffee?

I need to check if you’re going to be too much of a handful to carry under my arm... you know, when I head over for a quick latte... at the CIA headquarters? Oops, my mistake! 😁 😳

Is this... Luke?

How on earth am I supposed to read into this?

Should I take this at face value, or is this just more of that quirky commentary I see in those banners on your blog?

Is this for real, or just more of those banners on your blog?

Since there aren't any banners on my blog... then

it's normal...🙂

Maria Thompson2 has gone quiet... hasn't posted anything in twenty minutes... 🙄 I think I 'shocked' her... poor thing! 😛

She probably has to check in with 'headquarters' to see what she can tell me... 😳

Rebecca Miller2 said:Oh, please... give me a break. Since when does a former escort and an FBI plant actually "know" anything?😲 😳

That’s just the word of a kid raised in a roadside motel... someone who grew up watching his mother work those shifts. To a son like that, every woman he meets is just going to remind him of his mother's lifestyle.

The FBI doesn't pay nearly enough, anyway—not to mention how much her health has tanked lately.😢

It's all just cheap gossip from bottom-feeders.👎

Ironcobra27, still sour?

Lighten up. Life is way too short to spend it acting like a bitter old man. 😵

Come on, lighten up a bit! Life's way too short to spend it being a total grouch. 😵

Get lost, you orange-tinted lunatic—some of us are actually dealing with real-world problems here. :zvko:

ironcobra27 said:Get lost, you orange lunatic. I have actual problems to deal with. :zvko:

Oh, what "actual problems"? The impact of increased soil acidity on the flavor profile of young pickles? Or how heavy rainfall accelerates cucumber ripening? Come on, enlighten me. What are these massive crises you're facing? Don't be such a sourpuss...😍

Lace, you're really out of line here... what's gotten into you? Talk to Melissa Williams4, maybe she can help you out...😢

I get it. You got dumped after your summer vacation in Maui and now you're acting bitter. That ocean air probably didn't help your mood, but just add some white vinegar to your life and things might look a little brighter. :zvko:

Melissa Williams4 said:So, we're seriously talking about how rising soil acidity is messing with the flavor profile of young cornichons? Or like, how all this extra acid rain is forcing cucumbers to ripen way too fast? Seriously, what even is that? Come on, give me the real issues here—don't be such a sourpuss!😍

It’s not even about that—it’s about the photons...
Warren Buffett:
ironcobra27, seriously, something is definitely up with you... what's going on? Maybe reach out to Melissa Williams4—she might actually be able to help you out.😢
So, what’s actually the deal with the difference between an Apple and a lemon? Like, seriously—is it just about the flavor profile, or am I missing something huge here?
Warren Buffett:
I know, I know—your girlfriend totally dumped you after that summer trip to Maui, so now you're just sitting there looking all sour and miserable... which, honestly, sucks. But hey, don't sweat it too much! Just splash a little wine vinegar into your drink and suddenly everything will be looking rosy again, right? :zvko:
Pickles aren't actually sour—they just went through a whole process to get that way. Honestly, think about it! :zvko: :zvko:

It’s not that, it’s photons...
Ah, so acidic photons are the problem! It’s easy—just swap "photon" for "cucumber" in New York City, then keep running the formula that determines the energy of acidic cucumbers.

Ironcobra, seriously, something is wrong with you... what's going on? Talk to me, maybe I can help...

What’s the difference between an apple and a lemon?
Apples are cheerful, playful, sweet... lemons are pathologically sour and obsessed with losing weight... plus there are visual differences. We Americans are quite sensitive to that, you know... we keep our distance. It's old news, I don't like discussing it. 😉

I know, I know, the earth kicked you after your vacation on Maui so now you've turned all sour... that ocean must have been nasty, but don't worry, just add some wine vinegar to the solution and everything will look rosy again.
Warren Buffett:
ironcobra27
A pickled cucumber isn't actually sour. It's just been pickled.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't add wine vinegar to the solution to make his world look a little rosier.

I know, those drinks are bothering you... what can I say, you spent too much time jumping around in the ocean. 😉

You're being incredibly depressing, ironcobra27. It's probably just the autumn blues...😢

Honestly, who cares? Just imagine if you actually looked like a pineapple—now THAT would be a tragedy! 😂

Seriously though, stop stressing—just imagine if you actually looked like a pineapple instead. Now THAT would be a real tragedy! 😂

I honestly can't figure you out.
What, did you go and stand under a radioactive cloud or something, you little rodent? :zvko:

It really feels like they ought to have a direct line of communication with headquarters—though one can’t help but wonder what kind of response they would actually get from them.😳

Well, it wasn't quite like that—I headed straight from the office to the synagogue, and since it was Shabbat afterward, you know how things go... I’m honestly trying to step away from these forums as much as possible, if only to preserve what little sanity and patience I have left.

To be perfectly honest, I find it quite hard to believe that you would actually show up to that coffee meeting all by yourself. I have a strong feeling that Maleni would be hovering somewhere nearby, and I can just picture him keeping a watchful eye on Neil Armstrong from atop a rooftop or something along those lines.

Let me be perfectly clear about my coffee meeting conditions: I will only agree to grab a cup under two very specific circumstances. Either Mr. Dog joins our little group, or we schedule it for the day when Israel finally establishes itself and mutual recognition is officially achieved. Honestly, that second scenario doesn't seem all that far off; if things keep moving at this pace, we might actually see it happen by the end of 2005. So, let's aim to catch up in early 2006!

Maria Thompson2 said:Well, not quite—I headed straight from work to temple, and then it was Sabbath, so... you know. I'm trying to stay off these forums as much as possible just to keep my sanity and my nerves intact.

So, my answer is this: I DON'T BELIEVE for a second you'd show up to coffee alone. Little guy would definitely be hovering nearby, probably watching Neil Armstrong on the rooftops or something.

Tell you what: we go for coffee under only two conditions—EITHER if Mr. Dog joins us, OR on the day Israel and Palestine finally recognize one another. Come on, it can't be that far off; looks like it might happen by the end of 2005. So, see you in early 2006.

You actually got... spooked!😁

I did say I could just carry you there myself... 😳

Uh... how can you expect me to believe you when you don't even trust yourself!🙂

That's why you're perfect for being a garden gnome... lighting the path for His Majesty—the Benefactor of the world!

Mr. Dog...? Poor girl, always making excuses!😁

And here I was, thinking I could just carry you away under my arm like a sack of flour... 😳

Well... how on earth could you expect me to be believable when you can't even trust your own instincts!🙂

Honestly, that’s why you’re better suited as a garden gnome... just there to light the path for His Majesty—the world's great Benefactor!

Mr. Dog... ? Poor thing, she's always trying to pull everyone along with her!😁

From where I'm sitting, I don't see any kind of guarantee that you'd actually show up on your own accord.

Did I get scared? Not at all; it's just that I make it a point not to drag the messy realities of actual life into Reddit, unless it's absolutely vital.
As for you, I highly doubt you'd ever agree to a rule where we only use our handles at coffee shops and promise not to dig for anyone's private information.

Private data? Please, I'm not some flimsy CIA operation... where the director gets his phone and data swiped... right out of his car...😲

Honestly... I'm not asking you for any personal details!🙂

Now, believe me or don't: But if you play your cards right, His Majesty—the world's great Benefactor—might just promote you to... Chief of Protocol.🙂

Basically, compared to the fanaticism of those other Goldman Sachs 'warriors,' I can see a grain of reason in you.😳

Are you a fan of socialism? The real kind, not that communist-retarded monstrosity...? I saw your posts about it.

You know why Rambi fails to sway public opinion on this platform... or beyond...? Because she's too stubborn to admit that even the Czars make mistakes. She slams the door in people's faces because she refuses to acknowledge facts... but fine, she'll change... she's headstrong... (that energy needs to be redirected toward other goals 🙂 ) well, serving His Majesty—the world's Benefactor... she'll become... soft as silk on the inside... and on the outside... tough as... a sacred oath...🙂 Esther's well, the great empress and holy woman!

😉

And I shouldn't forget: I don't care about anyone's real name. I care about their raw opinion and their stance!

Man, what a 'coffee date' that would be... a philosemite—His Holiness—meeting an antisemite—you!😳

Good grief... a storm would break out from... the heavens.😁
