Honestly, I feel like us religious types would actually have way more fun if people stopped labeling us as depressed loners with zero social lives. 😁- Seriously, just take one look at any religious debate online and see which topics always win—then you'll get it.🙂

Like any big event, this one had its fair share of highs and lows.

Personally, I just went for the excursion and to snag some prizes 😁(for myself and a few others).

As far as organization and logistics go, I genuinely have zero complaints, and the awards were spot on.

I have no clue what happened after the awards ceremony because I bolted straight home. Some people actually work on Saturdays, you know.😁

PS. For instance, when some people approached me all sweet and curious asking for my handle, and then I told them I was from rif-ovac, they basically bugged out, crossed their fingers like they were praying, and ran for the hills.

Paul Campbell3, I think I saw you at the theater, but you kind of disappeared after. Anyway, those tiny little name cards were driving me crazy. You basically have to walk up to every single person just to figure out who’s who. If they had just used a slightly larger font, it would've been easier...

Anyway, Simon got the biggest round of applause when she went up to accept Shadyev's award and told that joke he sent over. I guess the rif-ovac crowd actually showed up better than some of the others.

I was expecting much bigger celebrations for the Democrats or the Republicans, but the whole group just sat there stone-faced.

The prizes were just free data from Verizon, some forum t-shirts, and these random certificates. They said photography was "forbidden," though I saw people snapping pics, so maybe something will pop up somewhere eventually.

I have no clue who grabbed his prize, but they did mention anyone could pick it up on his behalf if they wanted...
