According to this movie, it seems like every woman in California is built like a fitness model and incredibly curvy...

Watching Debora Caprioglio was easily the highlight of the whole experience... the woman’s curves were truly something else.🙂🙂

So, I finally caved and watched Emmanuella last night because it was playing on PBS around 1:00 AM and I just couldn't catch any sleep. It’s been sitting on my "must-watch" list forever, honestly. It’s basically just some softcore erotica and nothing else, really. The lead actress is absolutely stunning, and yeah, all the women in it are gorgeous too, but the plot? There isn't much of one—it's pretty much the same thin storyline you see in every single erotic flick. 5/10

Not sure I'm feeling it enough to dive into the rest of the franchise though. 🕺

I’ve seen at least 15 of them. The best original one set in Thailand is hard to beat—everything else after that is just a downhill slide. Laura Gemser is alright, though the movies are definitely hit or miss.

I actually saw it for the first time back then too. It had been on my list for ages, but I just never really got around to it until I happened to stumble upon it.
And then, out of nowhere, I find it.
To be honest, I found the plot kind of silly and naive, though the erotic scenes were decent enough.

It’s hard to pass up... Silvija kristal and Joe Dalesandro in La Marga from 1976. Even the soundtrack is surprisingly decent...
What a sight... an erotic melodrama...
It feels a bit trashy... though there's a fleeting moment where it leans toward art house...
But the director is such a stylist, Valerian Borovczyk...
Definitely worth a watch...
