I mean, he could actually pull it off. Buy some S&P puts and go long on gold on Friday, let a few H-Bombs drop over the weekend, and boom. 😬

I wouldn't even be surprised. Personally, I think those theories about hacker attacks on the US Navy actually hold water. And if I remember correctly, those few hacks on the DJIA were pretty much confirmed. That $1,380 level is massive resistance—trader speak for "good luck getting past this." We'll see how it plays out.

Looks like the premarket action over in Australia is hinting at a gold rally 🙂

Anyone familiar with the Philadelphia Experiment might get a hint of how the entire US Navy operates. But then again, Peter Schiff already signaled where things might be headed when gold crossed $1,300 per ounce. And he’s a man who knows what he's talking about...😉
Still, anyone paying close attention to the scene should probably conclude:

"The blinking started."

Schiff has spent years basically screaming that we're headed straight up, so... watch out... I mean, the man literally sells gold and silver, after all.😉

Does anyone actually have a clue how much trading and stock dumping was happening with the airline companies right before 9/11?

I remember people talking about how insane the volume of put options on airlines was right before 9/11. We're talking several times higher than the usual average.
Were those terrorists actually buying them like everyone speculated back then, or was it someone else entirely? I wouldn't dare 😁

Gold - Is this the ultimate bullish pattern?

I really wish these forecasts would actually materialize for once—I feel just like I did during the "rapid recovery" hype cycle😁—constantly predicting a breakout that refuses to arrive... though I know it's inevitable eventually.🧐

Just a quick reminder about what happened back in August 2011 regarding gold. We shot from $1,600 to $1,800 in the blink of an eye. Then, barely a month later, we hit $1,921.
Time your entries wisely...
Interestingly enough, if you divide $1,921 by the low of $260, you get 7.3—a figure I’m roughly expecting for the gold peak in the thousands...

Where are you all picking up your gold? Which jewelry chains actually offer the best rates right now?

Fair enough.
Can anyone give me a rough idea of when that peak might actually hit?

If you're looking to buy in bulk, it’s worth making the trip out to Denver. You've got Scholler just a few blocks away, and they gave me the link for smart i Philoro, which I'll drop below. Last time I was in Denver, Philoro had slightly better pricing on stuff for the Philharmonic Orchestra, but right now Scholler seems to be a tiny bit cheaper.

Alright... bold move.
From what I can tell by following this thread, you’ve never actually been one to throw specific numbers out there.
I really hope God is on your side here—assuming, of course, that a high-end mountain bike doesn't end up costing me $7,300.
Either way, I have a feeling I'll be buying and selling at least five or six more times before we ever get to that point.

Feels like some big-shot leader went out and bought way too many options this morning 😁
