Always feeling cold?

Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue for a few years now, and even after seeing several specialists, nobody can give me a straight answer. I wanted to post here in case anyone else has gone through something similar.
It’s this strange sensation of coldness on the right side of my head. Even just a tiny bit of airflow—like a light breeze or a draft—makes the skin around my right eye and ear feel icy. I’ve gone through the whole gauntlet of tests (MRI, CT scans, EMG, X-rays, etc.), and they did find a herniated disc between my C4 and C5 vertebrae. However, neither my neurologist nor my physical therapist is convinced that the disc is actually what's causing this specific sensation.
I’m currently in physical therapy, but honestly, I haven't felt any improvement at all.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this, or does anyone have any ideas on what might be going on?
