There were announcements in theaters, but from what I can see, they pulled it from the schedule at AMC Theatres.

I know my tastes, and I can usually judge a movie pretty well just by looking at the trailer, the director, and the cast. So, I'll be watching it (likely at home), and I'm sure I'll enjoy it. 😁

I can't help but wonder if they actually hired Emmerich specifically to slash the budget, or if he just decided to toss in a random natural disaster because he felt like it—especially since this movie already looks like a total train wreck!

Honestly, I’m just not seeing anything remotely interesting here. 🙂

Interesting movie, though maybe a bit too dark for my taste—visually speaking, I mean—and I wasn't a huge fan of how they handled the Queen... I feel like they had such a compelling story on their hands and could have told it so much better...

Even with those gripes, it's definitely worth a watch...

If you want my honest take, I walked away feeling pretty let down, mostly because I think I went into this with far too much hype. I’m on board with what Morgan Rodriguez57 said regarding how unique the portrayal of Elizabeth was, but for me, the constant jumping through time was just exhausting. There were way too many temporal shifts packed into such a short runtime for my liking.

I honestly feel like I might need to give it a second viewing just to make sense of how all the pieces actually fit together.

That being said, you can't deny that the costume design and the recreation of Renaissance-era New York City were absolutely stunning!
