Anti-androgens: Side effects and experiences?

Quick question for the group. When it comes to anti-androgens, do they just kill your libido, or do they actually strip away that desire for emotional connection and intimacy too? I’m trying to figure out if my interest in women will completely vanish, or if it's just a matter of losing my physical drive.
