Any issues with the ITE 8595?

So I'm looking at my Devices and Printers on Windows 10 and this random ITE device 8595 just popped up out of nowhere... and the worst part is every time I try to uninstall it or hit remove device, it just crawls right back after I reboot my PC. If anyone actually knows what the hell is going on with this, please help me out...

It’s most likely just that USB Type-C port on your motherboard.
