I've heard good things about Twinlab Dualtabs—the lady at my drugstore mentioned they're great for people who are super stressed but also active with sports. Apparently, if you aren't an athlete, there's no point in taking them... My husband is overworked and hits the gym regularly, so I grabbed some for him. Only problem is, he always forgets to take them (plus, he's pretty stubborn—he won't touch multivitamins, doesn't even want Vitamin C), so I'm just sitting here staring at the bottle while it gathers dust on the counter for months. At this rate, I'll probably end up taking them myself, even if I'm not much of an athlete.🙂 😉
From what I know, Orthomol Immun are hands down some of the best vitamin supplements out there, but you can't really grab them here in the States yet; you usually have to order them from overseas.
One pack runs about $65!
My sister actually gets these vitamins sent over from Germany...
She has her own private practice as a doctor, so she works with companies that ship medical supplies directly.
Orthomol Vital f is specifically designed for women (it's a mix of vitamin granules and an omega tablet)
And there's a whole lineup:
Orthomol Immun, Orthomol Immun junior, Orthomol Immun Pro, Orthomol Vital f, Orthomol Vital m, Orthomol Cor Plus, Orthomol Cor f, Orthomol Arthr, Orthomol Rheumat, Orthomol Osteo, Orthomol sport, Orthomol Femin, Orthomol Natal, Orthomol Flavon f, Orthomol Flavon m, Orthomol Fertil, Orthomol Vision, Orthomol AMD extra, Orthomol glaukom, Orthomol Diabet, Orthomol vitamin C, etc.
I just restocked on some Immun because cold and flu season is right around the corner... I still have some Vital f left over, too... If you want to try it, let me know and I can send a pack your way to test out!
