ArcGIS vs. Google Earth?

I happened to stumble upon this claim on a random website:
ArcGIS is better than Google Earth 10 !!!
Does anyone here actually know if that’s even remotely true? I'd rather not waste my bandwidth downloading something if it's just baseless hype.

That’s all just a matter of opinion if you ask me. You might as well try it out for yourself.

It's just Google Earth—only about 16MB—so there's really no harm in downloading it to see what you think.
