Hey everyone, I wanted to pick your brains for a second—how did you all actually find out for sure that you have asthma?
I’ve been dealing with these symptoms for at least a year and a half now, and honestly, my gut tells me it's definitely something respiratory. But whenever I go to the doctor, everything comes back "normal." I’ve had chest X-rays, even went through a bronchoscopy (though that was for some other issues going on), did a spirometry test, and even had those skin prick allergy tests done. On paper, I'm perfectly fine. But the reality is different. These symptoms just won't quit; they'll vanish for a bit, then come roaring back out of nowhere, and it's just this exhausting cycle. If anyone has any advice or tips on how to push for a real answer when the standard tests aren't showing anything, I would seriously appreciate it. 🙂
