Auto-adjustment issues...

I have been staring at an "Auto Adjustment" message in a blue box on my screen all day today...
It pops up roughly every fifteen seconds or so, and even causes the display to shift slightly. I am quite unsure how to resolve this issue, though I am currently running Windows 7🤔

I suspect the issue lies with your monitor rather than Windows... there should be a physical button on the display itself to adjust this; you might want to check if you can disable it manually (though it really ought to happen automatically, but whatever)...

I attempted to adjust those settings using the buttons on my monitor, but I am unfortunately struggling to navigate the menu to find the specific option I need to change.

It isn't quite the same on every monitor... You might want to check here or just run a quick search for your specific model...
