About seven days ago, I started feeling this pain in my lower back, and it’s been creeping down into my legs and even reaching my feet. I’m also getting this weakness in the area just above my groin, on both sides. It isn't even really sharp pain anymore, more like just a sense of weakness. I thought maybe it was just weight gain or something, but I don't have any lumps or anything tender there. Has anyone else dealt with something like this???
...since warehouse workers are basically our brothers...and we're out here working construction...I feel for you, man. And I'll try to give you an answer. First off, don't sweat it too much. It's nothing major. It would be weird if a warehouse guy had a headache...but when your back hurts, I guess that's just part of the job...🙂
...listen...about a year ago, I had this lower back pain that suddenly shot down one of my legs. I can't even remember which one. For a week, I was crawling around the construction site like a wounded animal. Out of nowhere, it just stopped. That leg hurt so bad I couldn't even sleep. It went on for ten days until I finally hit up the ER to get a shot. Five days later, the pain was gone. Just when I was starting to feel optimistic, like a politician promising everything is fine, this other pain showed up—the kind I described in detail on this forum before. Same thing, looking for answers... but nothing. Like I said, then this pain hit the right side of my lower back, near where the liver would be but on the back side. That lasted about six months. Eventually, I had enough and went for a massage. Spent like 3 $0.00 on it. My wife massaged just that spot for two months, every 2 or 3 days. And it went away. So, I highly recommend a MEDICAL MASSAGE... I mean, not some cheap knockoff, but a real professional who actually works the muscle...
Nowadays, I don't have any pain at all.
What you're describing sounds a lot like what happened to me first. It sounds like sciatica. There's a chance a nerve is getting pinched and shooting down your leg. That's sciatica. I think you might have those chronic ones, similar to my temporary flare-ups.
Bottom line—don't panic. But definitely go get a massage. If you don't have the cash for it—well... I don't know what to tell you. Honestly, damn. I ended up in debt over it. Maybe you should try too. Anyway, hang in there.
