I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for about ten days now, and over the last couple of days, it’s become absolutely unbearable. My doctor handed me some pills, but he didn't actually tell me what's causing the pain. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? What should I do? It hurts so bad I can barely lie down or even walk.

Besides the tablets, did you mention which ones? And have you actually done any research yet?
Honestly, getting an exam at specialist clinics is definitely necessary

Ugh, tell me about it. About ten days ago, my lower back flared up so badly I could hardly function.
It lasted for maybe two days.
I didn't end up going to the doctor, but I'm pretty sure it was just from sitting with terrible posture.

I don't know what's going on with me, but this back pain just won't quit. I've been taking 400mg of Advil twice a day—one pill at a time—and it’s doing absolutely nothing. My doctor didn't even bother running tests or anything; he just handed me the prescription and sent me on my way. To make things worse, a few days ago I started getting this weird tingling sensation shooting through my legs, especially around my knees and calves. If anyone here has dealt with something similar, please give me some advice. What could be causing this?

Taylor Swift, you should probably head back to your doctor and ask for a referral to a neurologist for a full checkup.
Since that symptom management plan they gave you isn't actually doing the trick, it's definitely time to get a specialist involved.
Honestly, trying to guess what's going on by yourself is just a total shot in the dark.
