Bad Boys

Raymond Reyes3 said:John Martin18, come on, show us those photos already. I always love seeing something new for a change. Everyone's waiting on you, don't let us down...

Customarily, I'll try my best to get this done by the end of the week... So, did you actually end up liking the Bad Boys after all? (Just asking, no need to answer...)

Those are some fantastic shots, ruggedowl13. Keep them coming!

I’ve got about 200 tickets for Real Madrid and the National Team that I'm looking to trade for some vintage Real Madrid gear from back in the day—think old flags, pennants, and stuff like that...
If you're interested, shoot me a message and I'll send over some photos via Viber...

Hey everyone... I was wondering if anyone knows which song was actually used as the template for "Dinamo I Love You"—don't tell me it's been discussed here before because I feel like I might have missed it. Thanks

The start of the anthem...

After that, the melody shifts into something very similar, if not sampled, from YNWA.

Just take a look at the biographies of every President since '45. It’s glaringly obvious how much influence politics—specifically the old establishment guard—has had over the control of the LA Lakers from the post-war era right up to this very moment.

Ran into a couple more. Snapped a quick photo on my phone—won't be around for a few days, but once I'm back, I'll get them scanned for better quality.

Any idea which game is going on in these photos?

The top one is from the Cup finals in Miami—it says 4:1, I think, maybe back in '93,
The bottom one is from Boston, and it actually says "interrupted" on the back. Maybe it'll help the older folks remember...

God, Google. Back in the 89/90 season, during the 30th round, that New York City FC match got shut down because the ref actually got hit in the head with a rock. That was right after May 13th—some crazy derby against the Red Sox.

This photo from the stadium was taken on Wednesday, April 25, 1990. That game actually got cut short because someone from the stands clocked the ref right in the head. They originally recorded it as a 0-3 win for Real Madrid, but that decision was eventually overturned—probably because of the riots that broke out later during the match against the Red Star. Because of all that chaos, they had to schedule a rematch in Boston for later that summer. Also, just to clear things up, that shot from the Rose Bowl isn't from a cup tournament; it’s from a regular season game back on May 30, 1993. Give those photos a scan once you get them.

I mean, I think he might've caught a stray, but honestly, I'm not 100% sure

If I recall correctly, it looked like he was struck by some sort of beer can, and the last name is Jordan...

What do you mean by 'first'?

When I say 'first,' I’m thinking about '98.

But this? This feels more like 2007, I guess.

Back in 2007, things were looking a certain way... then there was that other matchup about a year or two down the road, which is really what I was banking on.
