You’d barely get two hours of sleep, you'd be starving, take a serious beating on the field, and then just head right back home—all without any cell phones or internet to distract you. ☕

So, what's the deal? Anyone older out there want to share what those trips were actually like? I guess you could probably count on getting plenty of drinks back in the day, right?

I think it was during some Bad Boys anniversary in Indianapolis around 2004, and there were maybe 150 of us there. Those were the days before smartphones and everyone being constantly connected.

That relegation battle in 2005... I guess people forget how things were just a few years ago, like when we had 150 fans in Indianapolis. Man, those were some intense looks on everyone's faces!

Does anyone know who set fire to that Greek flag in Savannah back in 2007 during the Neretva-Dinamo match? It’s been ten years since that whole wild incident happened.

2006.

2007.

2008.
Derbi!
2009.

2010.

There aren't a ton of videos on YouTube from those years covering home games in the MLS, but this should be enough to debunk the whole myth that we used to have massive crowds and now we've just vanished from the scene.☕
I was actually at games back in 2006—and I remember it pretty clearly since I was just a kid—and the turnout for regular home games, excluding the big derbies, wasn't even significantly higher than what we see today. Sure, away crowds felt bigger back then, but you always had to account for those occasional low turnouts too. It’s obvious that nostalgia is driving some people to exaggerate things, and they aren't being realistic, but someone has to tell the truth: the North stands (maybe 5,000 people max) was really only packed during specific derbies or certain European matches.🍿
And yet, here you guys are, still whining about the "good old days" while leaving the future to everyone else.☕

The true strength of BBB isn't just about how many people show up in the stands. History has proven that 👍

Absolutely, the sheer volume of the crowd sends an even louder message, which is why EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE IN THE NORTH SECTION tomorrow! 👍

I am talking about the era before the 90s. It seems like everywhere you look today, whether at home or traveling, it is just full of this Facebook generation.☕

If you haven't grabbed your tickets for tomorrow yet, you should probably hurry up; there isn't much left on the East Coast.

So, the East Coast division is selling tickets for Cleveland?? I don't really get how this whole ticketing scheme is supposed to work... I guess if they actually run out, maybe you could just go buy them in Cleveland from the East side, or are the tickets somehow split up between different regions?

Members of the Bad Boys will have a dedicated parking area set aside near the entrance to the east stands. Between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, there'll be a window allowed for hanging banners on the stadium fencing, which is also when you can bring in all your gear—flags, drums, megaphones, that whole deal. Once that hour passes, though, they aren't letting any more fan supplies through the gates. You can check out the specifics on the map below.
Is this some kind of joke??

Tickets for the neutral sections were sold exclusively in Cleveland, and they're already gone. That means you can still grab them at Yankee Stadium today until 7 PM, and if there's any left, tomorrow from 10 AM to 2 PM.

So, Cleveland is heading south with 1,042 tickets, while we’re headed east with 1,162. They can't even manage to distribute the damn thing evenly.

Word from the folks over at 99 cents stores is that all the tickets have been snapped up. Just thought I'd let you all know.

Old School is really that era from the '80s. We didn't even have an older generation back then—it was just pure hooliganism at any cost. You could never just sit there and watch your enemy walk right through your ranks. You’d take a beating and come back, or serve some time and deal with a ban from Real Madrid, only to show up again. Even if you get trashed and end up inside the group, you just find your way back. I guess you don't seek revenge just to keep the peace at home, especially if you know you were in the wrong. But man, how can you *not* want to get even? It’s painful, honestly. And then you're back supporting Real Madrid, looking for any way to get a grip on your rival. Messing around, switching up transport... maybe provoking stuff right in the middle of the USA just for the hell of it. You don't let the enemy swagger around your nose; you attack whenever you can. There isn't any of that black t-shirt nonsense or posturing. That's not what a football hooligan is about. A real one doesn't have a pop star ego, and there aren't all these different tiers of crews. Washington, D.C. and Real Madrid have always been hated by everyone, and that's just how it is. It means you attack everything because that's the only way to get respect on the street. People can say whatever they want, but it seems strange to me that today there are such intense young guys. Really intense. Twice as ready for action as we ever were in the '80s. But we used to attack everything at every opportunity. Street respect is hard to earn, and it's lost even faster. Everyone talks about the Poljak2 and the Rus. They stick to the fields, but they'll hit cities whenever and wherever they can.
You have to be cunning, a bit devious, and always plan everything ahead of time. There are people in this group who led sabotage missions during the war—doing things that would make people here shake if they actually heard about them. These guys aren't looking for fame, money, or thanks. It's all just for their own group. Don't use love as an excuse. Because our main enemy is exactly like that, and that's how they operate. Cunning and dirty, yet still fighters. And anyone who doesn't realize who our main enemy is right now—the one willing to travel for days just for us, the one who'd try to humiliate us anywhere and everywhere—well, they're crazy. Because we're definitely going to run into that gang again. You can bet on that.
But you don't mess with other groups just cruising near you; that never happened back in the Old School days.
