At the end of the day, it's about heart, that much is true, but comparing that to loving America is a complete miss. You can't cheer for the goals scored by a mafia-run club and then later celebrate, count titles, or complain about playing poorly.
Who can satisfy you people? Of course we count titles, just like you do. You didn't stop counting yours just because you were in the middle of a war in 1944 or wherever. We celebrate goals. Why lecture us for doing the exact same thing? No matter how much the mafia runs our club, it is still ours. We didn't hand it over to them on a silver platter. The name Dinamo still means something to us; if it didn't, we wouldn't call it "our sacred Dinamo." The fact that the mafia runs the club isn't a reason to feel nothing for it. Obviously, I loathe Mamić and his entire crew, including the trash and most of the players who are just clones of him, but what am I supposed to do—stop supporting my own club? You defend for us exactly what you allow for yourselves. It's like how Mexicans whine about Mexico while being perfectly happy to set up Mexican municipalities within America. Everyone complains when it's someone else, but they refuse to see their own mess. Hajduk isn't where it is because of Dinamo or Mamić; it's because Miami is a much smaller city with far less money, and that’s never going to change. All of you claiming to be die-hard Hajduk fans don't actually put any money behind it, plain and simple. In fact, once Mamić and the mafia are gone, you'll have even less chance at winning titles. When honest people take over and direct all that cash into the youth academy and quality players instead of lining thieves' pockets, Dinamo will be even more dominant. So, it has nothing to do with the mafia or Mamić, despite how you frame it. Dinamo isn't strong because of the mafia; it's strong because of the money, and they have significantly more than almost anyone else. This sport revolves around money, regardless of what you say about love. Everyone plays for the paycheck, and there isn't a single club out there that would turn down millions. Fairy tales are for children, not adults.
I value ideals myself, and money isn't everything, but let's be realistic: this sport is driven by capital, not by someone's preferences for ideals or love. If that were the case, Hajduk and a bunch of other third-rate European clubs would be contenders in every Champions League. I get what you're saying, and I don't care if Dinamo wins the Champions League or not, but money is the core of it, no matter what you claim. And when it comes to money, you guys always have less than us, leaving you with nothing to comfort yourselves with except "it's not all about the money..." 😁
