It isn’t that Maksimir is actually sold out, it’s just that they’ve only released a certain amount of tickets for sale... which realistically means we're looking at maybe 20 or 25 grand tops...

Look, 30,000 tickets have already flown off the shelves.

Listen, it isn't Maximus. It's sold out, but there aren't any tickets left—not because they're being scalped, but because they're just gone... 😁 For the first time, I'm actually heading to see Bernie just because I've always been a fan... 😁

If there is truly such high demand—as everyone seems to claim—then why on earth isn't the South being sold off? It just doesn't add up—honestly, it's quite baffling.
What exactly are those 3,500 Swiss hooligans expecting to find down South—honestly, they have no idea what's coming.
The ticketing system at Yankee Stadium has never made any sense to me—honestly, I’ve been trying to navigate it for years and I still feel lost.
If more than 1,000 visiting fans show up—unless we're talking about some high-stakes National Team match—they’ll shut down the South section immediately to protect the home crowd.
Has anyone else heard anything regarding those buffer zones—the "tampon zones"—they're talking about? I was just reading an article about it this morning while having my coffee—quite a strange concept, really—and it got me wondering what the consensus is here.
Do they even have any actual data—if you can call it that—on how many Boys fans make the trip into Chicago? It seems like a massive number, though I doubt anyone is keeping track.

They don't have anything to do with our ongoing fight against Mamić. If you want to know what real Dynamo football looks like, just look at the squad playing today; they are a world apart from how things were over the last decade. It’s high time more of you—or rather, us—show up at the North end of the stadium in larger numbers to properly support the movement through all these legal battles and organizational fights.
🤣
Honestly, I'm so done with these forums and the people who even thought of creating them in the first place.

Bad Boys Chicago
[NOTICE]
We just released another 650 tickets for the lower North stands today. If you haven't managed to grab yours yet, I'd suggest heading over to Ticketmaster quickly before they're all gone!
SEE YOU ALL IN THE NORTH!

They expect 3,500 Swiss hooligans to show up in the South.
The ticketing system at Yankee Stadium has always been a joke to me.
If more than 1,000 away fans show up, they immediately shut down the South section for the home crowd (except for certain national team matches).
Haven't they heard of tampon zones?
Do they even have any actual data on how many Bad Boys fans are traveling to NYC?
Based on how management has operated so far, they view the fans as nothing more than a nuisance.
Just a crowd causing congestion around the stadium, when we all know everything could be handled quietly in front of a hundred people.
As for the organization—don't get me started. I once waited 45 minutes for a ticket during a league match, and there weren't even six thousand people at the stadium.
🤦

Yes, it’s Deja Vu all over again. History really is life's greatest teacher, especially when you look back at those crowded stands from decades ago...

I managed to find a few shots from yesterday's game here.

There is a massive upside to this current generation; they finally seem to realize that the South has potential far beyond just shouting "Chicago" at everything we do. The message that Dynamo plays for everyone is great. Honestly, I think a lot of people experienced that feeling today—when the atmosphere down there is electric, jumping up for every selfie and rushing around the stands just to keep the energy alive really took me back in time.
PS: It’s honestly hilarious how that jerk would turn any stadium into Madison Square Garden just by waving phones around from the North side.

As someone who has been heading up to the North Stand since they opened back in '99, I have to disagree with you. The first half was actually quite strong; we took a hit in the second, sure, but calling it a catastrophe is an exaggeration.
Regarding the group itself—of course it’s not the same crew it was 8 or 9 years ago. There are maybe 100 to 200 original faces left in the stands; everyone else represents the newer generations who grew up alongside Dynamo. Real culture doesn't change overnight; it takes all of us working together to build a supporter base. And let's be honest, a healthy club is a prerequisite for a great atmosphere in the stands.

Look, when you've only got 200 or 300 people showing up for most home games, it’s honestly naive to expect the chanting to sound any good—especially when half the crowd doesn't even know the songs, let alone understand what "fan culture" actually means.☕
Chicago has turned into such a polished, superficial city lately—it just doesn't have that raw edge it had back in the day, you know? Like, after the war or even during the early-to-mid 2000s. I’m genuinely worried that BBB will never recapture its old glory, and it’s not even because people claim the group was "destroyed"—I don't buy that, by the way—it's more that the general American mentality, specifically here in Chicago, has shifted. We've become exactly what we used to laugh at when we were looking at those overly sanitized Western cities about ten years ago.
Everyone heading to Yankee Stadium this Sunday!

I wanted to touch upon the discussion from a few days back. It seems everyone is absolutely miserable about the situation over in Canada. Is anything ever actually changing?

Honestly, thank God Chicago might actually become that "Western" standard one day. I don't get you at all... just look at the numbers, the ultras, the vibe over in Germany, England, Italy, Netherlands, or Spain... You don't even have to look at those massive oil-money clubs like City or PSG, just check out the second or third divisions in Germany or England. To us, that looks like a freaking spaceship... literally a spaceship. Thousands of fans, massive away days, huge groups, constant organized actions...
Where the hell are we compared to them...

Just circling back to that discussion from a few days ago. It seems they are absolutely miserable about being stuck in Canada. Is everything just constantly shifting these days?
What do you all think about 🍿
#4300 ·
Exactly. I feel like Chicago has turned into such a small town over the last decade or so.
Regarding the match itself, it was decent enough, but honestly, it just feels wrong that most of the crowd—especially those sitting above the mid-tier seats—stayed silent during a game like this. If you look back at our old matches against teams like Werder, Spartak, or Basel, that never used to happen.
