Seriously, what kind of nonsense is this? Four days ago they’re claiming tickets are sold out, then you show up and the stands are empty.

You won't stop me, you outlaw, not you and not even 1,000 Bauer Jewish folks combined. 😁
Honestly, I think this forum is just one big psych ward, much like people are in general—total mental cases who act shocked by everything like it’s some kind of miracle.
There are so many idiots in this world, and now some of them think they can "re-educate" me? Why don't you try teaching some basic manners to the rest of these losers on the board instead? Are you all just hypocrites?
Why aren't you teaching etiquette to the ones jerking themselves off to every clown out there, acting like the damn Republican Party or the Democratic Party? Seriously, a nation this delusional shouldn't even exist. These guys from the rust belt suburbs blame everything on old ghosts, while they basically voted to destroy their own local shipyards at every election since independence. And now these separatists come crawling into New York City looking for help from the bad guys? Give me a break. Honestly, if there's any actual Americans left among you, just pack your bags, head to Ireland, and get lost. I have zero tolerance for stupidity anymore, so for the good of the group, I’m officially kicking that Bauer Jewish guy out. He can go to New York City; the New York Yankees are more his speed. 😁

Look, everyone was basically Republican in '91, just get over it already. Claiming otherwise is like saying we all loved Ante Pavelić just because we support him—which, honestly, I don't give a damn about either guy. The bottom line is they built the American state, and that’s what we fought for. As for those two specifically? Whatever. If they hadn't stepped up, someone else would have taken their spots. Stop treating these regular people like they're freaking saints; they were just doing what the people wanted. If most Americans hadn't wanted Nazi Germany, it wouldn't have happened. So who cares about the extremists or the Republican Party? The whole point was fighting for the country, but clearly, the anti-establishment types and the pseudo-right wingers never got that, and they never will. For them, it's always been about lining their pockets—and trust me, the shady bureaucrats were right there with them. Nowadays, the Republican Party is realistically a hundred times worse than the Democratic Party.
Because the Democratic Party doesn't hide its nasty intentions, while the Republican Party carries out the exact same stuff under the guise of "patriotism."

If a section holds maybe 600 or 700 people, it looks like they only actually put 300 tickets on sale.

That is just how the swamp works, and Gorica FC is the "new" member.

The game organization was a total mess. I guess the home team didn't expect such high ticket sales, so they made this stupid move. If they already set aside those 200 or 300 tickets for the Bad Boys, they could have just put them on the opposite side of the stands where there’s plenty of room. Instead, they put the "home" fans there, tucked the Bad Boys to the right, and left the middle seating area completely empty. 🤣

The away section is meant for the visitors anyway. I thought it would be a lot, but looking at the stands, it’ll probably be a complete bottleneck between the home crowd and the traveling fans... just another circus when you have a high-stakes game like this. :rolfić:

We were sitting over in the West Stand—beer, sodas, sparkling water, nothing at all for the first 30 minutes of the match because they completely botched the setup at the East Stand. This is honestly the first time in maybe 20 or 30 years that they’ve actually made an effort to pack the stadium, so aside from the service issues, things weren't too bad. To be honest, I can't even remember the last time Aurora managed to pull 4,000 people together in one spot...

Just five minutes left on the clock, and they’re using the PA system to plead with the visiting fans to stay in their seats, presumably for "safety reasons." 🙏
Over in the East Stand, at least the staff had the decency to hand out some water bottles so people wouldn't pass out in this heat.
Honestly, thanks for finally providing access to drinking water for the fans—it's the 21st century, after all. 👍

The East Stand at Gorica FC is always going to be a ghost town. They can fit 1,500 people in there, yet they only offer the BBB around 200 tickets specifically for the visiting section, and then they go and fill those spots with kids from the youth academy instead. It’s ridiculous. Coincidentally, this hits exactly one year since Mike left town during that game right here in his own backyard in Aurora. But look, if Gorica FC keeps stingy with the ticket count for the BBB, there’s honestly no point in showing up to their stadium. There isn't some massive security risk that justifies blocking us; they could easily release 1,000 tickets, or even a minimum of 700 or 800 for the BBB in Aurora. The next Gorica vs Dinamo match is going to fall right on the group's 33rd anniversary...
"When a man wants to celebrate his birthday, he invites everyone who actually matters to him. If they aren't able to show up and celebrate with him, then the birthday boy doesn't have much reason to celebrate anymore. At that point, the date just becomes another ordinary day where you simply add another year to your age."

I might be a little light on my grammar here, but if you can handle me, then I'm all yours.😁
Big thanks to Mate Kokičar, Kyle Davis2, Amstel, and the rest of the folks providing actual constructive replies.
As for the moralists out there? Honestly, they need to pick up some basic manners and get an education, if only for their own sake. Even though the truth has a nasty habit of shattering that blissful, naive childhood worldview.🥱

Does anyone happen to have a video of the crowd chanting during halftime? It was a home game in the US, specifically at the North Stand, and I’d say it happened maybe four or five seasons back. It was easily one of my favorite atmospheres at the stadium—just completely spontaneous and raw. If I remember right, they were singing that "you are the pride of the city..." tune. I’m pretty certain there used to be two different clips of that specific cheering uploaded to YouTube from the East Stand perspective, but I just can't seem to track them down lately...
By the way, has anyone here actually gone out on a scouting mission to size up the opposition? 🙂

Yeah, that's the one, thanks! The video quality is a bit of a mess because the music over the PA system is just drowning everything out, but man, the energy in the stands was absolute madness—just total euphoria.

Is it actually possible that the Fenerbahçe game this Thursday is already more sold out than before? I'm not even asking for my own sake...

The East Stand and lower West are gone... there's still some North seats left down low—you can't grab those online though—and they just started selling the upper West seats yesterday.

Thank God for the game, the flawless cheering from the North Stand, and all that positive passion... everything was handled perfectly...
