So, yeah, like the title says... it’s not a huge deal or anything, but I think my bottom rib on the left side is sticking out toward my stomach. I didn't get cut or anything, but maybe it was broken or something back in the day? I'm wondering if there are any specific exercises or just some way to fix it? Thanks. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, I honestly wasn't sure where else to post it. Appreciate anyone willing to help out 🙏

How on earth was it broken? 😁

I mean, I guess it’s just because I spent so much time getting into scraps back in the day... so after a few of those "fights," I kind of stopped caring, even when the pain was pretty intense.

When you've got bones that healed all crooked, there isn't really a workaround other than breaking them all over again just to get them set right.
There’s no amount of physical therapy or exercises that can fix a structural misalignment like that. 😁

maybe you need a little reality check to stop asking such ridiculous questions

Maybe he took a few too many hits to the head over the years. You can just tell, though—the guy’s a total brawler and a fighter through and through. 😁

Don't even start. He'll come after you regardless of whether you're looking for trouble or not. 😲😲

We’re a real funny bunch, aren't we... I don't even know what the issue is...

I'm not some kind of brawler or a fighter, I was just being a protector and standing my ground... I mean, what are you supposed to do when you run into some idiots trying to hit a girl? ...Well, there are people like that... and honestly, it came back to bite me later when four guys jumped me from behind... they basically beat me down with some telescopic batons and that was it... that's the only time I've ever actually been on the receiving end of a fight. And I think comments like that (calling me a brawler or a fighter) are just pointless. Yeah, there was a fight, sure, but I never started anything, and nobody in my circle is that type of person. I mean, that was a long time ago... and now it feels like I need to get my head bashed in just because of what redsailor15 wrote... you don't even need to post stuff like that. I know nothing can really be changed now, it just happens, I guess... but I was thinking maybe if I, I don't know, put on some muscle or gain some weight, it might help hide things a bit or at least make it less obvious. thanks

But yeah, there are people like that... and honestly, it came back to bite me later because four guys jumped me from behind... used some telescopic batons on me and all that... that's the only fight where I actually got beaten up.. and I think comments like this (calling me a brawler and a fighter) are just pointless. Yeah, there was a fight, sure, but I never started anything and there were never any issues with anyone in our group... I mean, that was a long time ago... and now I'm supposed to get hit in the head again just because redsailor15 wrote that? You really don't need to post stuff like that... If you put on ten pounds of fat in that area, it’s going to be invisible, otherwise there’s really nothing we can do about it...

If you put on 10 pounds of fat right there, it’s gonna be invisible, otherwise there's really nothing we can do about it.

I mean, this is the kind of answer I live for =D plus, I actually need to bulk up anyway... I'm 6'3" and only 155 lbs🙂 just taking it slow... and maybe it doesn't even have to be fat... muscle will eventually find its own way to build itself up, I guess =D

Exercises are useless. I have this one friend who’s a complete maniac—he thinks he broke a rib but didn't go anywhere... NOWHERE 🤔.. It healed crooked and you can see it, but he won't complain about a thing. He acts like some kind of beast 😁

Mine looks just like that too. 😁

So, I guess this one mechanic told me... like, instead of using fluids, just use grease. And instead of fruit or whatever, just throw some pork rinds in there? =D Honestly, no big deal =D

It’s not just your ribs that are crooked, it’s your damn spelling.

It’s not just your ribs that are crooked, it's your grammar too.

I'm not even American, so I guess I should apologize for my speech.

Hey, could you maybe just snap a quick photo if you have something handy? It’d help a ton if we could actually see what we're dealing with... otherwise, we're basically just shooting in the dark here.
