Anyone got any leads on decent drawing software? I'm looking to whip up some classic stuff—you know, logos, watermarks, maybe some cover art... basically just something that can handle things like this:

That kind of vibe is what I'm after, I guess. It doesn't really need to be some high-end, professional-grade beast or anything; I just want something pretty straightforward that gets the job done without being too much of a headache.

Inkscape is actually a solid piece of software for vector illustration, and the best part is that it won't cost you a dime. If you’ve got enough patience and the willingness to put in the hours, you can honestly accomplish quite a lot with it.
