Best gaming chairs under $300?

I’m currently plotting a birthday gift for a close friend of mine—a total hardcore gamer 👍. My current budget is sitting around $250 to $300 for a decent gaming chair, though I might be able to stretch that if necessary. To be perfectly honest, I haven't the slightest clue how these prices fluctuate or if one can actually find anything remotely decent within that price bracket.

I would truly value any advice or specific recommendations you might have, especially if you’ve made a recent purchase or if you have a particular brand you swear by based on your own experience.
