Best headset/mic combos?

I need some advice on picking up a new headset with a mic.
Here’s my checklist;

1. They have to be lightweight.
2. The mic needs to be tight—no picking up background noise from fifty feet away.

Money isn't even the main thing here. I care more about the mic not picking up every single background noise. I need these headphones to be light—like, actually comfortable for long sessions—so they don't feel heavy or start squeezing my head after an hour. Plus, they shouldn't be sliding off constantly.
