Best laptop around $1,100?

Hello,

I am looking for a new laptop with a budget of roughly $2667.
The machine will be used for Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
I need a 15.6-inch screen, though I spend most of my time using an external monitor.
A dedicated numeric keypad on the keyboard is mandatory.
I have been considering this one:
Does anyone have experience with this specific model or something similar?
Also, a matte screen is required.
