Best PC for general use?

I'm looking for something budget-friendly that isn't total junk. This is meant to last for years for general everyday tasks, not gaming.

Honestly, any of this will be a massive leap forward compared to my old Core i7 from 2006.

What are your thoughts on this setup?

Why on earth would you need an Intel Core 5 for just "basic use"?

You're better off grabbing a Pentium G4560... that setup will get you through $0.87
