Best supplements for sperm count?

Does anyone here actually have some real-world experience taking those supplements, like, how you're supposed to dose them and where you can even find them without getting ripped off?
I'm looking into them to try and get my sperm count and motility numbers up...

I don't know anything about those specific ones and haven't tried them, but honestly, Silicon Valley supplements worked wonders for me. You can pick them up at the Helix pharmacy over in old Vlach territory.
