Budget PC build under $2,000

Hello, I believe it is finally time for a new computer, so I am looking for some assistance with a build configuration. I have $1,300 $0.00 in cash available—to be clear, this budget covers the tower, the monitor, and all peripherals. My intended uses are web browsing, watching movies (both 1080p and 4K), video editing, and general office work. I don't play games—I haven't played them up to this point, nor do I know if they would actually appeal to me—but I do have a child who might want to play something occasionally.

I have no intention of overclocking. I prefer Intel and NVIDIA

I would ideally like a larger, high-quality monitor.

Is a 27-inch screen too large, or should I stick to 25 inches?

Targeting video editing, but I think I see where you're coming from 😬

The price could probably drop at least $667 if you just stick to basic editing occasionally and swap in a 4K IPS monitor.
