Budget PC build under $600

Hey everyone! I could really use some help putting together a solid PC build. I’m looking for something that can handle heavy gaming, but also works perfectly for surfing the web, downloading large files, and streaming movies. My plan is to hook it up directly to my TV—so, I won't be needing a dedicated monitor, mouse, or keyboard at all. I'm hoping to have everything ready by $1333 Chicago
