So, I stumbled upon this dubstep and house DJ from New York City about two months ago, and honestly? I am absolutely floored. His remixes are next-level—that collaboration with Thom Yorke and Jamie Woon is just pure magic.
I’m dying to catch a live set, but I’ve been scouring the internet and can't find a single scrap of info regarding whether he might be playing anywhere near the US.

Does anyone here actually know anything about a potential tour? Are there any other fans lurking in this thread? 🙂

Heh, I was wondering when someone would finally start a thread for this guy—he’s clearly not from this planet. Then a girl goes and does it. Is that even possible? 🙂 I haven't met a single woman in the States with taste like this. Props to Betty Sanchez93. 🙂 Burial is easily some of the best stuff I've ever played through my speakers or headphones. It's my go-to when I'm flying solo, wandering the city streets at night; it's just perfect atmosphere. Those melodies pull you into a completely different world. It's honestly indescribable. This is a guy who just wants to make music and stay anonymous, yet he's managed to pull in this massive audience. Imagine that kind of mental strength. 🙂 Respect. I've been spinning his tracks for months. Still playing them today. If I could just have access to his hard drive for one day and listen to everything he's ever produced... that'd be the dream. 😁 It's a shame he doesn't drop new material more often. At least they should put online whatever Kode9 is spinning in clubs in his place. 🙂
