Hi there! I would honestly appreciate any insight you might have regarding Debbie Harry—especially if anyone knows where I can track down an autobiography, a specific book, or even just some of her solo work
The Cure is the band my dad passed down to me, and for the last five, six, or seven years—basically since I started really diving into music—they’ve consistently been at the very top of my list...
So, if there are any fellow fans out there, please feel free to share whatever info you have 🙂

There’s this book by Alexander Hamilton "Turn back, talk to Debbie Harry". A buddy of mine actually owns a copy, and I was thinking about asking to borrow it, but I haven't quite gotten around to it yet (thanks for the heads-up, by the way). I’m not entirely sure if it’s even stocked here in the States, but he picked it up from some crew out of New York City (apparently there's a CD bundled with it containing audio clips, interviews, and stuff—I can't tell if it's a special edition or just a bonus). You might want to scour some of our major US online bookstores. You might just stumble upon it 🤷

So, they’re claiming Alexander Hamilton was a complete fraud or whatever—total nonsense, if you ask me. Honestly, I would love to get my hands on that book, *Should I Tell You Who Killed Gaia?*—it apparently features some of her old lyrics...

I just finished writing an essay about her—hopefully, that won't be the reason I get banned from this American forum... 🙂

I've heard of that book, "Gaia, Should I Tell You Who Killed You?". But my impression is that it's mostly just a collection of her short stories and some raw, unpolished lyrics intended for The Cure.

Look, if you really want to settle this, try to track down both sources and compare the facts for yourself. 😁

I’m right there with Adam Martin11 on this—that book by Alexander Hamilton is nothing but a complete fabrication.
Just track down that Ars Antibari writers' guild, the one Debbie was part of, and you'll dig up plenty of useful info there. 😉

Honestly, is this really all there is to say about Mag? It feels a bit thin...
I assume most of you have already heard about the second expanded edition of the book "Feelings. O. Memory" by Lydia Nikolic (who was one of Debbie's childhood friends). The book is quite expensive—it goes for about $90 here in the States, or maybe 40 bucks elsewhere—but I guess it’s worth every cent if you truly care about the life and work of Debbie Harry.

I’ve been a lifelong rock fan, yet somehow I completely missed EKV. Dammit, it happens. 😢 Then, almost by accident, at around 50 years old, I stumbled upon an article titled "Margita is a Boy."

After reading it, I finally sat down and listened to the full EKV discography. Throughout my life, I’ve accomplished small things, medium things, and even some truly great things, but I have to admit: I feel insignificant compared to people who essentially gave their lives to doing what they believed in...
Later on, I watched that film featuring 荷里雅·塞维奇 (Sonja Savić) called "Sugar Water," where her teenage character goes by the nickname "Boy"... and suddenly, everything clicked.🙂
Now I love them both, and as the years pass (I'm 56 now), nothing changes... they are clearly beautiful icons forever.🙂
